Ingredients:
16 ounces oil-packed Sun-dried tomatoes; drained (reserved), coarsely chopped
4 tablespoons Oil from tomatoes
16 ounces Feta cheese; crumbled
2 bunches Fresh cilantro; coarsely chopped
8 ounces Angel hair pasta
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions and toss with the tomato, cilantro, cheese mixture. Serve warm or cold.
