Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
***SAUCE***
1 can (16 oz. size) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 bottle (12 oz. size) chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

In a bowl, combine the first 9 ingredients. Add beef and mix well.

Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in an ungreased 15x10 baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 for 8-10 minutes or until no longer pink. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a slow cooker or chafing dish.

Combine sauce ingredients in a saucepan; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour over meatballs. Serve warm.
