Can you say ultimate game day party platter? Tortilla chips loaded up with the whole shebang: cheese, beans, onions, a couple creamy dollops of sour cream and guac... if anybody isn't happy with this spread, that's nacho problem.

1 bag tortilla strips or chips
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup refried beans or canned pinto beans
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup salsa picante
1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup guacamole
Pile tortilla strips on a large ovenproof platter and mix and toss the remaining ingredients except the sour cream and guacamole with the chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or microwave for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted. Top with dollops of sour cream and guacamole.
Variation: Add a meat filling for a whole tortilla meal.

Since I always hate getting the chips that don't have toppings on them I topped each chip individually instead of tossing it all together. The combo of ingredients was good. I also added sliced jalapenos.
