Sloppy Joes don't get much easier than this. Ready in as little as an hour but also can simmer all day if desired.

ingredients
1 pound cooked ground beef, turkey or chicken 1 cup frozen chopped onions and peppers 1 can (6 ounce size) tomato paste 1 can (15 ounce size) tomato sauce 2 tablespoons sugar 1 teaspoon garlic powder 6 hamburger or hot dog rolls
directions
Combine the cooked meat, frozen vegetables, tomato paste, tomato sauce, sugar, and garlic powder in the crock pot. Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 1-2 hours or until heated through.
Serve the sloppy joes on the buns.
This can also be made on the stove top.
