Combine flour with brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda. Mix well.
In separate bowl, beat eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in oil, vanilla and buttermilk. Stir into dry ingredients until well blended. Add 3/4 cup each nuts and coconut. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt or tube pan. Pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on rack. Beat cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and butter together, until of spreading consistency. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle with remaining nuts and coconut. nutrition
