ingredients
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cake flour
1 cup ground walnuts
directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Cream together butter and sugar. Add the remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and bake for 30 minutes.
While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar and cool. Repeat rolling in sugar.
