1 pound egg noodles OR frozen gnocchi
1/2 pound butter
2 medium onions, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
Melt butter in a large skillet. Add the cabbage and onions and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked noodles or gnocchi and toss and serve.
