Caraway Noodles II Recipe

Ingredients:
4 quarts water
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
1/2 pound wide egg noodles
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons minced fresh onion
1 teaspoon caraway seed
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Bring water and salt to boil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Drain and rinse.
Melt butter in same pan. Add onion and saute until soft. Stir in caraway and cook 1 minute. Add noodles and heat. Season with salt and pepper.
