Chicken & Curried Couscous Skillet

ingredients
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 cup uncooked couscous
1 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup raisins
directions
Sprinkle both sides of the chicken breasts with cumin and pepper. Cook in a nonstick skillet covered with cooking spray until done. Remove, cover and keep warm.
In the same skillet, combine chicken broth, curry powder and mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, peas and raisins.
Place chicken on top, remove from heat, cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
