I discovered this recipe from the label of Pace Picante. Depending on your tastes, you can choose a Pace Picante that is mild to hot. You could also add your own peppers and even lime to taste. This is one of the best fresh dishes a busy single mom (or dad) can make. Two out of my 3 kids are picky eaters and they love this chicken. I always serve it with fresh steamed green beans, broccoli, or corn on the cob. Ice cream for dessert helps cool off the spiciness.

This is a really good recipe! I make it whenever I can't think of what to cook. The brown sugar makes the sauce taste sweet & we love to serve it over rice, using the sauce as a gravy. So quick, easy & tasty!!
