Sweet 'n Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless chicken pieces
25 ounces sweet and sour sauce
1 pound frozen oriental veggies -- thawed
6 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
Combine chicken and sauce in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
Ten minutes before serving, stir in veggies; cover. Increase heat to high. Cook 10 minutes or until veggies are crisp-tender. Serve over rice.
