Creamy Onion Chicken Breasts

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 ounce size) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
2 cups milk
hot cooked rice or cooked egg noodles, for serving
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Place chicken in a crock pot.
Add onion soup mix, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Stir.
Cook on LOW setting for 6 to 7 hours. Serve over hot cooked rice or cooked egg noodles.
