ingredients
1 green onion, chopped
2 tablespoons grated ginger
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
1 tablespoon vinegar (rice is best)
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil (NOT the light kind)
2 tablespoons peanut oil
1 pound boneless chicken, cut into small chunks or slivers
cayenne pepper, to taste
cilantro to garnish (optional)
directions
Mix onion, ginger, soy sauce, sesame paste, vinegar, sugar, salt, and sesame oil.
Heat peanut oil until hot. Add the chicken and cook, stirring constantly, until done. Remove from heat. Stir in cayenne pepper and stir. Add sesame/soy mixture. Stir well, then taste. Add more cayenne if you want it spicier.
Put chicken on a serving platter and pour on the sauce. Garnish with cilantro, if desired.
