Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup steamed mushrooms
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (12 oz size) Diet 7-Up

Directions:

Arrange chicken in a 3 quart casserole and top with remaining ingredients.

Cover and bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Uncover and bake 10 minutes more.
