Ingredients:
3 pounds lean boneless pork roast
1 can whole berry cranberries
1 bottle Catalina dressing -- can use non-fat

Directions:

Place pork roast in crock pot. Blend together cranberries and dressing. Salt and pepper if desired. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until pork is tender and registers 170º on meat thermometer.
