Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless pork roast
16 ounces cranberry sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cranberry juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons cold water
salt -- to taste

Directions:

Place the roast in a crockpot. In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours on low.

Remove roast and keep warm, skim fat from juice and pour into a sauce pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Combine the cornstarch and water. Stir into gravy.

Cook until mixture thickens, add salt to taste. Pour over roast and serve warm.
