Ingredients:
1 pork roast
1 onion, quartered
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
barbecue sauce

Directions:

Place roast in crockpot and add the onion, soy sauce and Kitchen Bouquet; cover with water; cook for 8 to 12 hours on low. Discard juices after roast is done; add barbecue sauce; cook for another hour.
