Barbecued Pork and Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 pounds boneless pork loin, cubed
1 teaspoon dry mustard
2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place cubed potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Top with pork cubes. Combine the mustard and 1 cup of the bbq sauce; spoon evenly over pork.
Cover; cook on low for 8-9 hours. Stir in remaining bbq sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
