Barbecued Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
5 pounds pork shoulder roast
1/2 cup ketchup
1 can tomato soup
1 1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
10 bay leaves
10 whole cloves
OR
1 tablespoon ground cloves
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place pork roast in a broiler pan lined with foil; bake at 325F about 3-1/2 hours.
Combine remaining ingredients to make a sauce. Baste roast frequently with sauce during last 30 minutes of baking.
NOTE: Leftover sauce can be used over ribs or hamburgers.
