1/4 cup water
1 can tomato soup
1 cup apple butter
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Cut ribs into serving size portions. Place in a shallow roasting pan and sprinkle generously with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cover with foil and bake in 375 degrees F oven for 45 minutes.

Wow, didn't know I could get Apple Butter in Arizona, but I found it and made this meal exactly as recipe suggested. It was wonderful. No leftovers to put in the frige, and I doubled it.
