Tasty and Easy! I didn't have apple jelly, so I substituted apricot preserves and it turned out great. Also, I didn't have apple cider vinegar and instead used red wine vinegar. Cooked on the lowest setting on my crockpot for approx 10 hours and it was so tender it was falling apart. My husband LOVED it!

This was yummy! I loved that the tenderloin was so moist and tender. The fact that the meaat was easily shredded was a bonus for serving it to the kids. I didn't have apple jelly so I substituted peach/mango jelly and it was a fabulous meal! I also threw a pear into the mix and did not peel the apple or pear and the skin was very soft after 4 hours in the crock pot. This dish was a hit with the entire clan!

A really delicious recipe. Took a meal to a friend who, I learned later does not care for pork, but she enjoyed two servings of the dish. The pork is very tender, but so flavorful!
