Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Brown ground beef, garlic and onion in a large skillet. Drain off fat.
Mix the tomato soup with the water and sugar in a small bowl. Add this to the beef. Add the macaroni and cook over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. nutrition
