Q: I need advice on storing tomatoes for the winter, does anyone have a
good method of freezing?
Directions:
A: Place the desired amount of washed tomatoes on a cookie sheet and place in freezer. When completely frozen, put in freezer bags and store. These are great to use because as they defrost, the skins slip right off.
