Ingredients:
Eggplant
Zucchini
Squash
Mushrooms
Asparagus
Golden -- red, green and
orange bell peppers
Olive oil
Garlic to taste
Directions:
Cube a mixture of any of the above vegetables. Wrap in foil with a little olive oil and garlic for flavor. Put vegetables on one side of broiler while cooking steaks or other entree.
