3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 cup powdered milk, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
2 tablespoons powdered milk


Combine all ingredients. Heat to boiling. Cook until thick, this will take 15 to 20 minutes.

Basic recipe equals one can.

Have not used it in recipe yet but my kids ate the whole thing --this is so delicious. I used a 1 1/2 qt. nonstick saucepan to cook this.

I forgot to say something very impt. -- that I made this sugar free (Walmart Altern brand sugar) and fat free powdered milk (also Walmart Great Value). It's so delicious. Now I can make the desserts calling for condensed milk. Also, my kids just ate this up straight.
