Herb Seasoning Mix Recipe

Serves/Makes: 1.33 cups
Ingredients:
1 cup corn flake crumbs
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons dried hole oregano
2 teaspoons dried hole thyme
2 teaspoons dried Rosemary crushed
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top heavy duty plastic bag. Seal bag and shake well.
Store tightly sealed and shake before using. Use as a coating mix for pork, poultry or lamb.
