Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe

Serves/Makes: 10
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup cold milk
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Cream the cheese, butter and sugar until sugar is dissolved and mixture is fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and milk; beat well. Combine flour, powder and soda. Add to creamed mixture; blend well. Batter will be thick. Fold in chips. Fill paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes.
