Buttermilk-Cheese Quick Bread

ingredients
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
directions
In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, soda, mustard, salt and cheese. Set aside.
Beat buttermilk, oil and eggs with rotary beater until well blended. Add all at once to flour mixture and mix just until ingredients are moistened.
Pour into a greased 9" x 5" loaf pan and bake at 375 degrees F about 45-50 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Invert on rack and cool.
