Ingredients:
3 Egg yolks
1 Whole egg
6 tablespoons Cold water
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Flour
Powdered sugar

Directions:

Beat eggs until very fluffy, about 8 minutes. Beat in water and salt, stir in flour. Knead slightly until not sticky, but still soft. Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out each on floured cloth to 8 inch circle.

Heat cooking oil to 375 degrees about 1 inch deep. Fry each circle 10-15 seconds per side. Fry to a golden yellow, remove to paper towel, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Can keep dough up to 5 days in refrigerator. Can make smaller ears. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
