1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
1 medium head red cabbage shredded
1 small onion, finely chopped


In your crockpot, combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper. Stir in water and vinegar. Add cabbage and onion and stir to combine.

Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.

If you're not a vegetarian, sprinkle 4 diced slices of crispy cooked bacon on top just before serving.
