1 large peeled and sliced onion
3/4 cup oil
1 medium head green cabbage shredded
salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet gently saute onion until soft; add cabbage and salt and pepper to taste and toss. Cover pan and cook until cabbage is soft.
Drain excess oil and toss with hot drained pasta (check seasoning and add salt and pepper if necessary).
