ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt

directions

Cut cabbage in fine shreds and cook in salted water for 15 minutes. Drain and cool.

Mix eggs, butter, flour, milk, and salt with cabbage. Bake in a buttered baking pan for about 1/2 hour at 400 degrees F, or until custard is set.
