Ingredients:
4 strips bacon, cut in 1" lengths
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
1 teaspoon minced, peeled garlic
1 1/2 pound ground beef chuck
2 cans (28 oz size) old-fashioned beans in molasses & brown sugar sauce
1/2 cup light or dark molasses
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Heat oven to 375 degrees.

Place bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When bacon begins to sizzle, add onion, garlic and beef; cook, stirring often, until meat loses its red color. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into a 3-quart casserole and bake 30 minutes, until hot.
