Basic Refried Canned Beans

1 can (40.5 ounce size) kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Heat oil in large frying pan. When hot, pour can of beans WITH liquid into pan. When the liquid starts to boil, lower flame to medium and heat beans until they begin to split open.
Add granulated garlic to taste, at this point. I generally add about 3 tsp. Using a potato masher, mash the beans until they are to the quality where they are mashed well, but there are still some whole pieces of beans in the mix. Serve.
If desired, put a little crumbled feta cheese on top of each serving or over the beans in a serving dish.
