4 slices bacon, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
1 1/2 cup milk, more as needed
2 packages (10 ounce size) frozen spinach, cooked and drained

In medium skillet, fry bacon until almost crisp. Add onions to bacon and cook until onions are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Add flour, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and garlic powder with parsley; blend thoroughly.

Gradually add milk, and stir over low heat until thickened. Add spinach and mix thoroughly. If too thick, add additional milk.
