ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup undrained dill pickle relish
1 small onion, diced
white pepper

directions

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least one hour to blend.

I had some frozen fish in the freezer that I wasn't sure what to do with. I ended up coating and frying it but didn't have tartar sauce in the pantry. I made this and it was really good. I don't think I'll have to buy tartar sauce in the jar anymore!
