Brussels Sprouts In Orange Sauce

1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
Remove any discolored leaves from Brussels sprouts. Cut off stem ends, and wash sprouts thoroughly. Cut a small cross in the base of each sprout.
Combine sprouts, water, and dill weed in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain; return sprouts to saucepan.
Combine cornstarch and orange juice; mix well. Stir cornstarch mixture into saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
Add orange sections, and cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a serving bowl.
