Black Bean and Corn Tacos Recipe

Ingredients:
1 (14 or 15 oz) can black beans, rinse and drain
1 (14 or 15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (12-14 oz) jar salsa, thick and chunky works best
12 corn tortillas
16 ounces shredded nacho cheese
Directions:
Mix the beans, corn and salsa in a pan and heat. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Set oven to 350 F. Spoon the bean and corn mixture into the tortillas. Place the tortillas on the cookie sheet. Bake 2-3 minutes or until the shells have softened somewhat. Top with cheese and enjoy!
