Ingredients:
15 ounces black beans -- drained
6 ounces Mexican style corn -- drained
15 ounces chopped tomatoes with green chile-- drained
8 (10-inch) flour tortilla -- warmed
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
Directions:
Combine beans, corn and tomatoes in a saucepan; heat through. Place some of the bean mixture on each tortilla; top with cheese. Fold up bottom; fold sides over. Roll up. Serve warm.
