BBQ Beef Short Ribs

ingredients
2 teaspoons unseasoned meat tenderizer
1 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 pounds beef chuck short ribs, cut into 2-inch pieces
directions
In cup, combine tenderizer, pepper, oregano, and oil. Rub spice mixture on short ribs. Place ribs in bowl; cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Meanwhile, prepare charcoal fire or preheat gas grill for covered direct grilling over medium heat.
Place short ribs on hot grill rack. Cover grill and cook ribs 20 to 25 minutes for medium m-rare or until desired doneness, turning ribs occasionally.
