2 pounds ground venison
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoon meat tenderizer


Mix all together, rolling a log 1 1/2 inches thick. Separate into 2 logs and wrap in wax paper. Refrigerate 24 hours.

Put on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees F for 3-5 hours.
