Veal Noodle Bake Recipe

Serves/Makes: 4
Ingredients:
1 pound veal cutlets, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
8 ounces can tomatoes, cut up
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/8 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
4 ounces noodles, cooked and drained
Directions:
Sprinkle veal with salt; brown in butter or margarine in skillet. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 30 minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook till tender.
Blend in soup and tomatoes; bring to boiling. Stir in cheese and herbs; add noodles. Turn in to 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
