INGREDIENTS:
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 can (28 ounce size) plum tomatoes, chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 cup clam juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 cherrystone clams
8 mussels
8 shrimp
8 sea scallops
cooked spaghetti pasta
DIRECTIONS:
In large saucepan, cook garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients, except seafood. Simmer 10 minutes. Add seafood. Cook until clams and mussels open, about 5 minutes. Discard unopened shell fish. Serve over spaghetti.
