The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
1 can diet orange soda
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 chicken breasts, bone-in or boneless
directions
4 chicken breasts 1 can diet orange soda 1/4 cup soy sauce
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Combine the soda and soy sauce in a 9x11 baking dish. Place the chicken breasts in the sauce, turning to coat.
Place the pan in the oven and bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour or until cooked through. Baste the chicken with the pan juices several times during the hour.
Serve hot.

I tried this recipe last week and was amazed at how good it turned out! It's almost like a sweet n sour chicken - it was very tender too! I'll definitely be making this on a regular basis!!!
