Ingredients:
4 tablespoons canola oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, each cut in half
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon season salt
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Directions:

In a large dutch oven, heat oil. Next wash chicken and pat dry. Combine bredcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, season salt, parsley, oregano, and basil and mix well. Coat chicken in breadcrumb mixture and place in pot. Cook until golden brown and chicken is done.

This is great served with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese.
