Chinese Pork (or Chicken) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 teaspoons olive oil
300 grams lean pork, skinless and boneless (or 1/2 chicken breasts)
2 leeks (white parts only)
10 mushrooms
OR
2 cans mushrooms (drained)
2 tablespoons Tamari soy sauce
1 dash curry - optional
Directions:
Cut meat in strips.
Stir-fry the strips of pork (chicken breasts) in the wok, using the olive oil, leek (just the white part of it), mushrooms, cooking cream, and Tamari soy sauce for seasoning.
