2 packages (about 8 ounce each) fully-cooked beef prime rib slices
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 cup prepared mushroom gravy
2 tablespoons dry red wine


Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes.

Push mushrooms to edge of skillet. Add beef slices; cook 10 minutes or until beef is heated through, turning once. Remove beef from skillet; keep warm.

Add gravy and wine to skillet; heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve over beef slices.
