1 cup Bisquick 1/3 cup cold water 1 pound ground beef 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup bread crumbs 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 egg 1/4 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 8 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 8 ounces tomato sauce
Combine baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously. Smooth dough into ball on floured board. Knead 5 times. Roll dough 2 inches larger than 9 inch pie plate. Place into plate; flute edges.
Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in salt, oregano, pepper, onion, bread crumbs, tomato sauce and spread in pie crust. Beat egg and milk, stir in remaining ingredients. Spread over beef mixture.
Bake til crust is golden, about 30 minutes at 375 F.
