French Meat Pie Recipe

Serves/Makes: 8
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 1/2 teaspoon pepper, more to taste
1/2 teaspoon sage
2 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1 cup water
4 medium potatoes, mashed
2 pie crusts
Directions:
Combine meats, onion, garlic in large skillet. Cook, stirring often, until meats lose pink color. Stir in seasonings and water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Uncover and simmer 10 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in mashed potatoes. Cool. Put in pie crusts.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until crust is lightly browned.
