ingredients

16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
5 ounces sliced lean corned beef, diced
5 slices Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Thousand Island salad dressing

directions

In crock pot, combine sauerkraut, corned beef, and Swiss cheese. Blend in Thousand Island dressing. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
